Breathwork Workshop
Join Daphne for a powerful breathwork session designed to clear stagnant energy, release what no longer serves you, and invite renewed vitality. In this 1-hour workshop, we will explore the science and art of breathwork through the active technique of Conscious Connected Breathwork—a rhythmic, two-inhale, one-exhale sequence. You will be guided into an energized state that stirs emotion, deepens consciousness, and unlocks powerful shifts within. Set to music, this session supports both inner release and outward transformation. The session concludes with a deeply relaxing meditation to integrate the breathwork experience, followed by time for reflection and community sharing.

Andean Reiki Circle
Join Maria and Yllari for a transformative Andean Reiki Circle, where we channel the profound energy of the South during a heart-opening gathering at Gratitude Yoga. Embrace the wisdom of the Apus, the sacred mountains of the Andes, as we come together to share and receive Reiki. Immerse yourself in sacred Peruvian sounds, experience tranquil moments of healing silence, and connect with the universal energy. Led by the experienced Peruvian Reiki practitioners Yllari Briceño and Maria Laura King, you will awaken both your individual and collective gifts.

Princeton's first nature preserve, the 142-acre Herrontown Woods offers over three miles of walking trails, a botanical art garden, and a stream that flows through a boulder-strewn, mature forest. We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage.
All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome. Rest and modifications are encouraged. Donations are completely optional. You may choose your donation amount, from $1 to $50. When registering, simply slide the blue bar to the left to donate less and to the right to donate more. If you choose to make a contribution, it will go directly to the Friends of Herrontown Woods, an all-volunteer group whose ongoing efforts to create a place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community.

Fall Yoga & Meditation Retreat in Upstate NY
Settle into the stillness of autumn with a weekend devoted to yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, and spiritual reflection. Our retreat invites us to open our hearts to the abundant love already present within us and to release the many ways in which we resist the inner calling to live from that place of pure presence. Our daily retreat schedule includes guided mindfulness and meditation, vinyasa and deep stretching classes, loving kindness practices, free time to read, rest, or walk in the woods, wonderful plant-based meals, and an atmosphere of warm friendship. We look forward to sharing this special time of discovery as we seek to embody peace, love, and gratitude in our world. You may stay for either two or three nights.
Yoga for a Cure: An Outdoor Yoga Class to Support Metastatic Breast Cancer Research
Gather with us on the beautiful grounds at Morven Museum & Garden for Yoga for a Cure: An All-Levels Outdoor Yoga class to support Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) research. My friend Sheetal’s personal battle with MBC has inspired her to raise funds for METAvivor, a non-profit dedicated to increasing awareness of advanced breast cancer and equity in research and patient support. We look forward to coming together as a community on October 13 - National Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day - to offer our yoga practice for this important cause.

Full Moon Yoga at Herrontown Woods
Join us in the magical setting of Herrontown Woods for an outdoor yoga practice under the full moon. Princeton's first nature preserve, the 142-acre woods' boulder-strewn, mature forest offers an atmosphere of peace and healing. Our class is open to all ages and skill levels and offered by donation to support Friends of Herrontown Woods (FOHW), an all-volunteer organization whose ongoing efforts create an ever-evolving place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community. A big thank you to Adrian, Pallavi, Andrew, and Steve: FOHW volunteers who make our outdoor yoga classes possible.
We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage. We will have some yoga mats available to borrow, but please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a water bottle and dress in layers in case it gets chilly.
Parking Options:
Please enter the Veblen House driveway at 452 Herrontown Road where you will find ample parking, and join us on the lawn in front of the Veblen House. Please do not park in the lower lot next to the Barden as the walking trails to the Veblen House will not be lit up at night.

We are so fortunate to be able to practice at this lovely venue at 6pm on Wednesday evenings in July (7/10, 7/17, 7/24, and 7/31). We will meet at Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road for our donation-based all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Use the paved driveway - not the gravel one - when entering from Quaker Road.
NOTE: In the EVENT OF RAIN, we can move our practice into the beautifully restored barn overlooking the fields at Updike Farmstead.
