Then, we will gently upregulate the sympathetic nervous system through Conscious Connected Breathwork—a rhythmic, two-inhale, one-exhale sequence—to clear stagnant energy and emotions. We will transition into a gentler breath to downregulate, relax, and repattern the nervous system, leaving you feeling deeply restored and grounded.
