Whether you are an athlete or simply looking to relieve tightness, you will learn effective techniques to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility, all while supporting your overall recovery and movement. Led by Daphne Lyon, a bodyworker and yoga teacher who integrates movement and recovery techniques, this workshop offers a comprehensive approach to improving flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
