Retreat into the quiet, introspective spirit of autumn, a time of rich inner growth. Join us for a weekend devoted to yoga, meditation, deep relaxation, and spiritual reflection. Our time together invites us to cultivate loving awareness and hold our experience with gratitude and generosity. As part of our daily schedule, we will embrace guided mindfulness meditation, breathwork, vinyasa yoga, deep stretching, along with loving kindness, compassion, and other spiritual exercises that open body, mind, and heart to the fullness of life. There will be plenty of free time to read, rest, walk in the woods, and share wonderful plant-based meals and warm friendship. You may choose to stay for either one or two nights. We look forward to sharing this special time of discovery as we seek to embody peace, wisdom, love, and light in our world.
